Maritime Week Delhi (January 2012)
From 17 till 21st of January, The Logic Factory will be showcasing their lastest products and share their latest experiences in the area of ports, shipping and transport domain. At the exhibition we will not only demonstrate our port optimization systems as well as our Shipping Fleet Management System.


New Website Live (January 2012)
A new year, time for a change, so The Logic Factory implemented a new website, in order to better provide our customers with more up to date services and easier to maintain up to date. With direct references to social media and the used issue management systems.


New Business Consultant – in The Netherlands (January 2012)
The European office is strengthend with an additional business consultant who is not only going to take care of the functional part of our projects, but also takes a treasaure of technical knowledge into the company. He will be stationed in Den Bosch but availble to all our world-wide customers.


Aluminium exhibition – INCAL (December 2011)
The Logic Factory will present and show the latest technology available at the INCAL fair helt in Hyderabad from 6th – 8th of December. The International conference & exhibition on Aluminium is organized for the sixth time by the Aluminium association of India.


New UK Business Consultant – Advanced planning and scheduling (July 2011)
This month, a new UK based consultant is starting in order to better support our UK customers. Mr. Cobbett is having a large track record in the area of planning and scheduling, and also already guided one of the larger and more complex implementations around.


Board Computers – releasing the TLF 900 (May 2011)
The first board computer that is based on standard of the shelf technology, but fully integrated with the Quintiq Logistic planner is a fact. The Logic Factory imports these handhelds straight from China, and are state of the art with A-brand hardware inside. Click here for more details.


Realizing a Transport Management System – Country Wide Logistics (Jan. 2011)
The Logic Factory started developing a full web based Transport Management system for Country Wide Logistics (Ahmedabad). The system will cover a full range of modules, not oly the transport process, but also the administrative process is supported.

Three new Quintiq Specialists joined The Logic Factory (August 2010)
After August,2010 3 new Quintiq Specialists have joined in India to extend the developement team. They all have more than 4 years of working experience in different domains and building complex applications. We very much welcome them to our team, and trust they will help us serve our customers even better.


Ahmedabad office hosts IDBCA meeting (June 2010)
TLF Ahmedabad hosted the India Dutch Business Cycle Ahmedabad (IDBCA) meeting . The IDBCA is a business cycle of companies in and around Ahmedabad who are have some business relation with the Netherlands. The IDBCA is supported by the Dutch government and the local NBSO office.


Opened Java and DotNet Development Center (May 2010)
TLF also provides Application Development services in .Net and Java to its customers in addition to its main focus on Quintiq Projects. To ensure continuous support and development TLF starts in India a new development Centre. Foram Shah and Manoj patel have Joined TLF India .Net team in May 2010. They both have over 3 years of .Net development experience.


New System Administrator in India (February 2010)
Fast growing TLF having its office in NL and India with the customer base in varied countries, the need for a dedicated system administrator increased. To address that Nirav Parikh joined as a system administrator in Feb 2010. He has over 10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure for leading software firms.


New Office in India (October 2009)
TLF shifts to its new office at Prahladnagar area for more expansion possibilities and establish itself in the most developing corporate area in October 2009.


Shipping Company Flinter deploys Quintiq planning solution (May 2009)
’s-Hertogenbosch, May 18, 2009 – Shipping Company Flinter, one of the largest sea freight companies in the Netherlands, has deployed Quintiq’s crew planning solution. Quintiq-partner The Logic Factory implemented the solution, which is based on standard Quintiq technology.

New Quintiq Business Consultant started (April 2009)
The Logic Factory is pleased to announce that Niels Postma has joined the Dutch team in the position of Quintiq Business Consultant. With his strong technical and functional background he will support our developers in creating state-of-the-art solutions that meet the functional expectations of our customers.


SOL Group signs on for new project (December 2008)
SOL Group, founded in 1927, is an Italian based multinational engaged in the production, applied research and marketing of industrial, pure and medicinal gases as well as being involved in the home care and in the welding markets. SOL has been using Quintiq since 2006 for their demand and transport planning. Being an experienced user of the Quintiq solution they decided to take their solution to the next level. An analysis project started in October and based on this SOL Group has decided to start the development project.


New Management consultant starting September 2008
Per the first of September Irma Houtzager will join The Logic Factory in the position of Management consultant, where she will support our customers to solve their most complex scheduling and planning issues. Given her technical background she will also play a vital role in communication between the customer and our Indian Quintiq Competence Centre.


The Logic Factory opens new Indian office in Ahmedabad in September 2008
To facilitate the growth of our Quintiq Competence Centre we will move to a new office in Ahmedabad. The new office will be on another floor of the Ahmedabad Saffron Tower.

New Management consultant starting May 2008
Per the first of May Roel van Den Broek will join The Logic Factory in the position of Management consultant, where he will support our customers to solve their most complex scheduling and planning issues. He will also play a vital role in communication between the customer and the remote developers.


Two new Quintiq Specialists to join The Logic Factory in May.
Good people are difficult to get!….. We selected these two specialists already in December, and we are now happy to announce that they will join The Logic Factory mid April to start training in Kuala Lumpur beginning May 2008.


Two new Quintiq Specialists to join The Logic Factory in February.
After a week of intensive testing we are happy to announce that on the 1st of February three new Quintiq Specialists will join our current team. The three new team members have backgrounds in Computer Science and all three of them have been working in software development for over three years

The Logic Factory has expanded their team. As of the 1st of January 2008 two new Quintiq Specialists have joined the company. Both have over three years experience in esigning and developing complex software solutions. We very much welcome them to our team, and trust they will help us serve our customers even better.


The Logic Factory’s Indian Quintiq Competence Centre takes on new Specialists
Our off-shore Quintiq Competence Centre is growing. During previous months we again did intensive selection sessions to select top quality experienced OO developers. We select only the best candidates to go through an intensive training period, including one month training in the Quintiq Kuala Lumpur Office. In July we selected 3 new specialists to join The Logic Factory training program. The headcount of our Quintiq Competence Centre is in double digits now!

The Logic Factory and Quintiq have closed negotiations on their partnership agreement. The agreement is a renewal of the already successful partnership between Quintiq and Logicistic, one of the founding companies of The Logic Factory.
