The Logic Factory Development Centre in India employs the country’s prime talents. From our extensive experience, we can say that education standards in India are very high, but just as important are the intellect level of the people coupled with their eagerness and enthusiasm.

We continuously invest in retaining and recruiting the best people available. On a regular basis we recruit, select and test professionals for our Indian development centre. Together with our software partners we have developed a specialized half day test in which we individually test all candidate employees. We have made it a requirement that at least one of our European managers is physically present when testing new candidates.  We know who we are working with and that they are more than capable of the job.

Our Indian development centre is available for off-shore assignments, but these services can also be provided on customer sites, either in Europe or the US.
