Eric Lambregts (CEO)

With a Drs. degree in the area of econometrics at the Tilburg University, Eric is a specialist in designing solutions to solving complex planning problems, He has the talent of recognizing critical issues at manufacturing sites and logistics operations. In 2005 Eric started his own successful company Logicistic (“the Logic in Logistic”) and he is now expanding this with “The Logic Factory”.

He has a very longstanding relationship with Quintiq as a partner, certified in all Quintiq project roles (project manager, business consultant, developer, optimization expert)

Robert de Laat (COO)


Robert holds an advanced masters degree in the area of “Human Computer Systems and Artificial Intelligence” of “De Montfort University” (UK). He is a specialist in the area of project and  supplier management. Robert founded the successful company Red Rock Technology in 2004, and has extensive experience in off shoring complex projects and managing remote development teams.

Roel van den Broek (Management Consultant)

With a Drs. (MSc.) degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam and many years of experience as a management consultant, Roel is a specialist in getting the business requirements, designing the solution and implementing it in the organisation. He has extended knowledge in the industry and public sector and has done several business transformations. Roel joined The Logic Factory in 2008.

Irma Houtzager (Management Consultant)

Irma holds a Drs. (MSc.) degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam and has many years of experience as a technical consultant, Irma is a specialist in communication between customers and engineers to solve their most complex issues. Irma joined The Logic Factory in 2008.
